This is not to be implied as criticism of 410 Bakery. After all, business is business, and if the owners can’t sell enough bread, then a change of course is understandable.
It’s merely disheartening to consider that for a while we had baguettes downtown, and now they’re going away — not to mention ciabatta and a really good multi-grain loaf.
