Just imagine the benefit of horse carriages traveling both ways on a two-way street.

Speaking of walkability, and what City Hall wants us to think it covets while taking great pains to conceal its (faux) excitement, have you ever noticed that of all the city officials supposedly planning a hip and contemporary Walkable New Albany, none of them ever actually are observed walking?

Or biking?

Privately, City Hall insists it is seeking a revolutionary transformation of the street grid, in accordance with Jeff Speck’s program.

And yet, the carefully propaganda machine remains silent. Why is that?
